Our customers are usually happy but occasionally something goes wrong. Sadly, as I use acrylic and jewellery findings from manufacturers, sometimes there can be faults. If this happens just let me know, as this helps me too. Sometimes the jewels just might not be your thing, so you can totally swap for something more your vibe!
If you want an exchange or refund, just let me know here with your order number and (if appropriate) the item you'd like in exchange. I will then send you return instructions. As I am a lone maker, if you want an exchange you will need to pay for postage of the new item, we can arrange this via PayPal. Then just pop your jewels in the post to us with your name and order number included.
